MySERV app for iPhone and iPad

Designed for a Target Market of Dealers and OEM, this app deals with after market sales & service of machinery parts. Two main functionality supported by the app are:
1. The user is able to order parts for their machine
2. Request for any service needs of their machine

Order Parts - The app talks to backend services to get parts details, price and availability. Once the user selects the parts a Quote is generated and mailed to the dealer for confirmation and fulfilment. A copy of this email is also sent to customer.

Request Service - The user requests for a service, by providing basic details about the machine and nature of service required, with an option to upload image for better clarity. A service request email is generated and mailed to the dealer and customer.

History - The user has the ability to view all his previous orders and service requests using the app.
